Hello Snow Lovers!!!
Hope you are also enjoying the cold if you are in MN/WI! It’s cold enough now so let’s hope the temps head back toward slightly warmer for the best time for our upcoming Club plans. The local hills have some decent snow cover now. We have two upcoming local Meet & Ski events. Join us and help support the Hills that give us free lift tickets every year to raffle off. If you won some in September, I hope you will be there!
Let’s channel that the snow shows up for the upcoming trips to Copper Mountain and Solden. It’s a bit dry…..
There is a last-minute cancelation for the Cooper Mountain trip for one female. The trip cost is discounted and maybe even be further negotiable. The dates: departing this coming Sunday Feb 1st and returning Saturday Feb 8th, 2026. Contact Felix Lin – Trip Leader if you want to take this spot! feliuscat@hotmail.com.
Our Club trip to Giant’s Ridge – February 22 – 24th, 2026 still has space available for you to ski/ride with us. There are currently 15 planning to attend. Remember there is an active WhatsApp group where Club friends post message when someone is planning to ski locally. If you aren’t on the group – please contact Ross (mclean.rm1@gmail.com) and he will add you. This year the app is one single group for all local skiing for our Club. It’s great for planning and also the last-minute urge to get some snow time in with friends!
