Hello Snow Lovers
We have enjoyed some really great skiing in February! Despite the warm temps, the local hills have had pretty decent conditions and the trip earlier this week to Giant’s Ridge could not have been better for the 16 skiers from our Club and another 12 skiers from Ski Hawks. While the trip to Copper Mountain was a bit light on snow, the report is that it was still a good trip. The Solden trip is 12 days away and is stacking up to be a lot more than just skiing – thanks to Ross’ great planning!!
The Annual Banquet/Silent Auction is planned for Saturday April 25, 2026, from 5:30 – 9:00 pm.
Please hold the date and plan to attend this year’s banquet. We are back at the Humanities Center in St. Paul and will once again hold a Silent Auction to raise some funds for Club Events. The cash bar also generates income for the Club.

The cost is $45 for members and $55 for non-members and this includes the dinner and program. Registration checks go to Sue Malecha.

NEW – Club Branded Merchandise
Perhaps you’ve noticed a new look to our logo(s) in these updates????? The fun, new, updated logos were designed by Christy Prust. Thank you, Christy!! The Board has decided to make all of her creative designs available. You’ll notice the new art is the theme for this year’s Banquet! We’ve set up a 3M Ski | Board | Club Shop on RED BUBBLE that allows you to select your own merchandise, with the logo you like and then order and pay for your item(s) right on that app. The Club make a small percentage on each sale, and those funds again help to fund our events.

The above link takes you to the shop. You’ll see a group photo of our club from Big White last year. Scroll down a bit and choose “Explore Designs” tab and from there pick the logo you want. Then click on that logo and it takes you to a new page, showing the art on a variety of different items. Click on the item for sizes, colors, etc. If you go under Shop Products, you’ll see many more options so take some time to explore and get exactly what you want!!!

The Program Committee will start planning for spring and summer events, very soon. If you have any suggestions for events or Happy Hour locations, please let us know. We’ll use the results from the survey you took a few months ago. The cc:list, includes the emails for the Program Committee and Club Board and anyone will be happy to hear your ideas!
