Club Update Nov 3, 2024

Hello Happy Skiers, Riders and Friends!!

Now that we’ve actually seen some snow, it’s time to get into the swing of almost winter and the holiday season.   There are quite a few activities hosted by our club and other events in this update that may be of interest including an update on MSC planned trips.
Thanks to all who participated in the Hotdish & Dessert Bar Cook-off on October 12th and thanks to Dave for hosting us at his wooded retreat.  The fire with the trees and moon were astounding.  The winning hotdish was chicken & broccoli casserole and winning bars were Denise’s apple bars.  YUM!!!
The Warren Miller film premier on October 26th was also well attended and FUN!  Thanks Felix for organizing a great event once again and Joanne for hosting the after-party AND winning a prize!

Welcome to our new members this year:

Amy Cernerva, Jacqueline Harapan, Andrew Robota, Suzanne Sullivan and Tim Troxel.  Most of our new members are going on one of the trips.  We are looking forward to skiing and getting to know you.
